Mr Lee Chadburn

I began my teaching career in 1998 at Willowgarth High School in Grimethorpe after completing a BSc in Design Technology at Sheffield Hallam University. In 2000 I moved to The Dearne for three years before returning to Willowgarth in 2003 as a teacher of Design Technology and Head of Year. I moved across to Shafton ALC prior to academy conversion and becoming part of the Outwood family. I knew that there was something special about our community and the students that attend our academy from the moment I began my teacher training. I feel privileged to still be here and to be able to contribute to providing our students with better life chances and opportunities. My role as Associate Assistant Principal means that I can have a greater whole academy impact on the lives of our students and their families, this academic year I will be leading on Y8 into Y9 Guided pathways, Y10 Excelerate Programme, promoting EBACC, Duke of Edinburgh scheme, National Citizen Service
Year 11 Prom and Parent Voice.
