HPV and Booster Vaccinations

Year 8 HPV vaccinations are on Wednesday 28th April. This is a catch up session for any students that haven't had this done yet. The deadline to complete consent forms is Monday 26th April.

Year 9 school booster vaccinations are on Wednesday 5th May.  This is a catch up session for any students that haven't had this done yet. The deadline to complete consent forms is Wednesday 28th April.

There will be a catch up session for Vaccinations on Wednesday 12th May.

Paper copies of consent forms are available in school if you don't have access to the internet. Please ask Miss Gledhill for a copy.
