Letter to Parents and Carers: Update Regarding Student Support Passes

Dear Parents and Carers,

As we prepare for the upcoming half term, student support passes will be renewed for all eligible students.

Students who receive support passes as part of an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) will be issued their renewed pass upon returning to the academy. Any passes that have been issued recently, as a result of an inclusion meeting, will remain in place.

Please note that additional passes will not be issued at this time, allowing us to focus on delivering targeted interventions for our students.

Designated safe spaces remain available across the academy, and staff members can direct students to these areas whenever necessary.
