Dear Parents and Carers,
I am pleased to inform you that you will be able to make an appointment to meet with your child’s PDG Mentor, from 8am on Friday 6 November the Arbor website or app.
Our Learning Pathway Planning Day will take place on Wednesday 18 November 2026. You will be able to book your appointment between 12:00pm to 6:45pm.
To book a meeting using Arbor, follow the steps below via the Arbor Parent Portal or Arbor App:
How to Access Bookings:
On the Parent Portal (Website): Log in and look at your homepage (underneath Statistics) to find the Guardian Consultations section.
On the Arbor App: Look at your homepage for upcoming Guardian Consultations, or tap the menu icon at the bottom left of your screen and select Guardian Consultations.
How to Book a Time Slot
- Click or tap on the Guardian Consultations section or page.
- You will see the event dates and the window of time when self-scheduling is open (if booking hasn't opened yet, a note will state when it becomes available).
- Click to access the booking page and select the meeting you want to book.
- Choose a time slot from the Time slot drop-down menu.
Tip: If you cannot select a time slot, the booking window may be closed, the staff member may be fully booked, or no availability period has been set. Please contact the school if you believe this is an error.
- Select which guardians will be attending (at least one guardian must be selected).
- Confirm your choice. A confirmation message will appear on screen, and an email confirmation will be sent to you.
Managing or Editing Bookings:
To Reschedule: Return to the Guardian Consultations page, click your existing booking, choose a different time slot, and click Reschedule meeting.
To Download Your Schedule: Click the green Download my meetings button to save a PDF copy of your appointments.
To Remove or Amend: If you need to cancel a booking or update attending guardians after booking, please contact the school administration.
