Parents and carers of Year 11 school children will have the opportunity to find out more about the courses available at Barnsley College and Barnsley Sixth Form College at a Virtual Parent Information Evening on Tuesday 12 October, 6.00pm – 7.00pm.
Making decisions on what to do after school can be a daunting task for a Year 11 pupil and the aim of the event is to provide parents with information on what is available at college so that they can support their child in making this important decision.
The event is aimed specifically at parents or carers of Year 11 school children. There will be a further opportunity for potential students to learn more about their options at our Virtual Open Event, on Tuesday 19 October, between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. We will also be welcoming you in to College on Thursday 2 December to explore our facilities and speak to our tutors face-to-face.
