Stagecoach Industrial Action: commencing Saturday 11 December 2021

Unfortunately talks with Stagecoach and the union have not resulted in the next strike being called off.  As such we are recommending that everyone plans that it will take place.

Strike days
  • Barnsley and Rotherham depots - Saturday 11 December until Friday 17 December
  • Sheffield depots - Sunday 12 December until Saturday 18 December
 
School buses
  • Stagecoach Yorkshire dedicated school buses only run at Penistone Grammar, Outwood Academy Shafton, Stocksbridge and Bradfield Schools. These will all run.
  • Stagecoach Lincolnshire school buses at Sir Thomas Wharton, Dinnington, Hayfield are not affected and will operate as normal.
  • Dedicated school buses ran by other operators are not affected although demand may be higher if local Stagecoach services do not operate.
