Stable Careers Plan

We are proud to share our updated stable careers programme with you which is well nourished to help raise goals and aspirations. We believe that students at Outwood Academy Shafton will leave with knowledge and understanding about their future avenues as we have enhanced our programme to ensure it is broad and balanced, reaching all our students. Our careers programme works in line with the CDI (Career Development Institute) framework and Gatsby Benchmarks to ensure that our students have a well nourished careers curriculum whilst on their journey at Shafton.
