Dear Student,
Re: Collection of Qualification Certificates
The certificates for the qualifications you gained at Outwood Academy Shafton will shortly be available for collection from the academy reception.
Collection Requirements
To collect your certificates, you must provide photographic identification (e.g., Photographic driving licence, Passport, Photographic bus pass, College badge).
You will be able to collect your certificates from the level 2 Reception above the atrium on the following date and times:
15 January 2026 (from 3:30pm to 5:30pm only).
Collecting on Your Behalf
If you are unable to collect the certificates during these times, you can arrange for someone else to do so on your behalf by completing a signed authorisation letter naming your nominated person. The nominated person must present their photographic ID and sign for the certificates upon collection.
Important Information
These certificates are proof of your academic achievement and should be kept in a safe place. The cost of replacement from the Exam Boards is approximately £60 per certificate and could be higher depending on the awarding body.
It is important that all certificates are collected, as uncollected certificates may be destroyed after 12 months due to space constraints.
