Letter to Y7 Parents and Carers: ACE Recognition Celebration

Dear Parents and Carers,
As we approach the end of the academic year, we are pleased to announce our upcoming ACE Recognition Celebration.
This celebration marks the successful completion of the Year 7 ACE programme and the start of the Year 8 ACE Elevate programme.
The celebration for Year 7 X-band students will be held on Thursday 9 July 2026.
The celebration for Year 7 Y-band students will be held on Friday 10 July 2026.
- Arrival Time: Parents are invited to arrive at our old main reception doors from 2:10 PM. Please note that doors will not open before this time to ensure the safe transition of students from lunch back to their classrooms.
- Ceremony Time: The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:25 PM and is expected to finish at 2:50 PM, allowing students to leave at the normal time.
- Post-Ceremony: Parents wishing to stay a little longer to take photos with their child are welcome to do so. Refreshments will be available until 3:15 PM.
As there are 134 students in this half year group, all students will initially be allocated 1 ticket each. Any spare tickets will then be allocated upon request. Please complete this Google Form https://forms.gle/aCoQWRoQpfnt7UnT6 to book your tickets and indicate if you would like a spare ticket should one become available. The deadline for completing this form is Friday 22 May 2026.
This is the first time we have held our ACE Recognition Celebration, and we believe this is an important achievement, representing your child's positive engagement with the academy. It is vital that this positive engagement continues as part of our ACE Elevate programme in Year 8.
